Yes! Every single Ozark Leather Co. wallet is handmade by me (Tanner). In fact, I make every single wallet from my living room. There are even videos on our Instagram of me stitching projects from my couch!

We pride ourselves on using the highest quality full-grain leather available. As a result, these items are expensive to make, and being a one-man show, take a long time to craft (2+ hours per wallet). I promise you, it is worth it!

For Ready To Ship wallets, items will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. For custom wallets, turnaround time is 2-3 weeks.

All US orders ship with 4-8 day shipping and typically arrive within 3-5 business days of shipment confirmation.

Shipping time for international orders may vary.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Packages must be received or postmarked within a 30-day window of receipt. The original shipping fee is non-refundable except in case of a shipping error or manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Our wallets are guaranteed to never fail you. That's why we only build them from the highest quality full-grain leather. But if your OLC wallet does bite the dust, we stand behind our lifetime guarantee. See here for details regarding our policies.

We have over 30 leather options and 20 thread colors for you to choose from when designing a custom wallet. You are free to choose from any of the colors listed on the order page!
