Our Story

My name is Tanner, and I am so glad you're here. I am a husband, boy dad, and a born-and-raised Texan. For as long as I can remember, I have loved leather. I would buy a new wallet every chance I got just to soak in that classic leather smell we all know and love. Around 2023, I began following leathercrafters on YouTube, and after a year of watching every video I came across, I took the leap and started crafting myself. What began with simple $5 keychains and $10 desk trays grew into something bigger, and in the spring of 2025, I officially launched Ozark Leather Co. while living in Northwest Arkansas. Now back home in Texas, I never would have imagined that I’d be shipping hand-crafted goods all over the country. I am immeasurably grateful to make items that people will carry for decades to come, and Ozark Leather Co. will always be built on honest craftsmanship, integrity, and giving God the glory in everything we do.
